Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our Versus Venture team, which focuses primarily on the creation and production of innovative and e-commerce products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance our company’s market presence and drive business growth. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong brand image, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and executing innovative marketing campaigns.



  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising and go-to-market strategies that align with business goals, drives customer acquisition and creates positive word of mouth
  • Manage digital, direct and offline campaigns, leveraging performance data as well as customer insights and market feedback to evolve and improve
  • Deeply partner with internal functions and agencies working on creative, brand, analytics, local marketing and events, PR, social to contribute towards a truly integrated approach
  • Leverage market and competitive research in partnership with analysts and product management to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proven experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the digital presence of the brand.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and technologies.
  • Expertise in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various e-commerce channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message and maximizing online visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage e-commerce analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including content management systems (CMS), product listings, and ensuring seamless online transactions.
  • Develop digital and media plans with vendors and external agencies
  • Oversee the day-to-day marketing operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and project timelines
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong brand presence across various online channels, including e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation in the market
  • Establish and manage clear guidelines and templates, in partnership with creative and content teams



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent strongly demonstrated work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience digital advertising and direct marketing that drives meaningful sales and revenue
  • Experience creating effective and targeted local marketing within specific cities or DMAs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Effective and empowering approach to managing agencies, vendors and employees across marketing disciplines that builds accountability, results and a positive, collaborative culture
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for complicated products or services that require clear, simple explanation to general audiences
  • Excited to work in a small, interdependent startup-like environment – while experienced with multi-stage approvals and structured brand management

Job Summary:

This part-time role demands expertise in planning, creation, and design editing, integral to the Digital Marketing Team.Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and crafting compelling visual content, with a specific emphasis on photography, videography and mobile content creation. Your efforts will contribute to the promotion of VERSUS brands and clients, elevating the digital presence across social media, websites, and printed materials.



  • Capturing on-site media for our hospitality brands, clients, and events
  • Editing and managing post-production of all photography and videography
  • Working alongside the marketing team to organize a content calendar and work on an overall content strategy
  • Analyzing content performance and setting KPI goals with the marketing team
  • Consistently bringing new ideas and trends to improve our brand’s digital presence
  • Plan and organize external photo and video resources where needed on projects
  • Assist creatively in the layout of the locations being captured.
  • Uploading creative content and organizing content in respective brand drives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
  • Mobile photo and video experience preferred


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree (or similar) in videography, photography, or equivalent experience in the creative, marketing or graphic design field.
  • Able to deliver high-quality video, photography, and designs
  • Post-production and editing of video and photography
  • Experience in designing brand content for web, desktop, and mobile
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro), Capcut, Canva, and other media editing software. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage several creative projects
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital content marketing strategies 
  • Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail

  • Drive the creative direction of digital campaigns by applying a deep understanding of design principles and processes to enhance team output.
  • Contribute confidently to the entire creative process, fostering effective communication within the team.
  • Stay attuned to current trends, playing a crucial role in innovating designs that lead to promotion and recognition.
  • Actively participate in creative meetings, sharing and brainstorming ideas to fuel collective creativity.
  • Craft compelling designs across various media platforms for maximum audience resonance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, actively seeking and incorporating feedback for refined design solutions.
  • Effectively liaise with our different brands, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with each brand’s unique identity.
  • Provide end-to-end support throughout the execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring cohesive and successful implementation.
  • Develop visually appealing and functional templates for diverse social media campaigns, contributing to a consistent online presence.
  • 20-25 hour commitment, 1 semester minimum (includes internship credit) with opportunity for full time employmenT


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Basic understanding of print and digital design processes.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
  • Pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and design best practices.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a range of skills.
  • Knowledge of video software, 3D modeling and animation is a plus
