Versus Digital Marketing Director – Paid Media
Job Summary
The Digital Director- Paid Media will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s paid media campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and SEO. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performance paid media campaigns, managing budgets and achieving measurable results
Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities
- Develop conversion-driven paid media campaigns and execute the day-to-day management across Facebook, Google and other platforms
- Operate or manage and outsource operations on all digital marketing channels, including Website, SEO, SMS, Emails, E-Commerce) to ensure brand consistency
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website, improve rankings and increase engagement
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure that they are delivering maximum ROI and meeting KPIs
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy and creative, and run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage budget allocation and ensure that campaigns are within budget while delivering maximum results
- Strategize and build digital marketing roadmaps and effective marketing plans
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of online customer interaction and conversions
- Measure ROI, KPIs, and prepare proper budgets
- Monitor industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the social media and content teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand alignment across all channels
- Develop and deploy impactful digital advertising strategies and campaigns that leverage best practices and dynamic new tactics
- Select appropriate channels for paid media campaigns across social, PPC, display, and more
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that attract and engage
- Conduct paid media audits of our clients’ digital marketing efforts to determine past performance and set benchmarks for future efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of SEO and experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
Skills
- Proven experience as a digital director or in a similar digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience in digital strategy, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, SEO Outsource, Community Management, E-Commerce Shipping/Manufacturing
- Excellent working knowledge of software and platforms such as Hive, Kalviyo, Mailchimp, etc

CREATIVE DIRECTOR – HOSPITALITY
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement creative strategies for all VERSUS venues, activations, and popups
- Act as a liaison between the creative team, marketing director, and project manager to coordinate, organize and facilitate creative requests
- Collaborate with marketing directors and project managers to obtain knowledge of the clients’ brand guide requirements
- Direct and motivate the media team, designers, project managers, etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate content and creative ideas
- Write, design, and/or approve unique and well-crafted copies that meet our clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content, reports, and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Oversee all external creatives for VERSUS hospitality
- Monitor the results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- Conduct market research, strategize with other marketing professionals, and create content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns
- Meet with the creative team weekly, ensuring all timelines are met and creative requests are designed, approved, scheduled, and posted
Skills:
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Social media management experience
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development

VERSUS EXECUTIVE CHEF
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our hospitality company, comprising four unique restaurant kitchens; Casta’s Rum Bar, Morris American Bar, Ciel Social Club, and Lobbyist. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader, who is innovative, proactive, determined, passionate about food, and committed to delivering a world-class dining experience to our guests. This candidate must understand the dedication of managing four different small format kitchens and be excited about the idea of building products, ghost kitchens and food trends.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative culinary programs that showcase the restaurant’s brand and exceed guest’s dining experience.
- Manage and oversee catering operations for 5 venues and at least 15 events a month
- Develop and designing menus for delivery services
- Build out creative concepts and products in a commercial kitchen space
- Oversee the BOH kitchen operations, including food preparation, recipe creation, and presentation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, to ensure all kitchen duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and health regulations and policies, including HACCP, IIPP, and OSHA, and enforce compliance with company policies and standards.
- Create and maintain a budget for the kitchen, including food and labor costs, to drive profitability while maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at the most competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of all kitchen-related expenses.
- Develop and implement a training program for kitchen staff that includes food safety, knife skills, and other culinary techniques.
- Work with the front-of-house team to create menus, daily specials, and seasonal offerings that meet trends, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, including proper storage and disposal of food and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure the kitchen remains innovative and competitive in the industry.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to promote the restaurant and create memorable experiences for customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts and or Restaurant Management is Preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+ years of age
- Efficient in TurboChef
- Proficient in catering, with a proven track record of successful events and satisfied clients.
- Ability to work in small format spaces
- Strong knowledge of global cuisine. Cuban Food required for Casta’s Rum Bar
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, POS systems

VERSUS MARKETING INTERN
The Ideal Candidate Must:
- Have a strong background in social media, content creation, technology and implementation
- Have a creative approach to storytelling, knowledge of digital trends, and content strategies
- Experience with analytics on Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok and/or Twitter
- Be an excellent communicator with strong writing skills
- Have experience with content creation (mobile video, photography and editing
- Obtain a firm grasp on current social media and marketing trends
- Have a genuine love for and understanding of the hospitality/nightlife industry
- Professional and able to communicate regularly with high level team members
- Ability to work on multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute clearly defined social media/digital strategies on behalf of clients/accounts
- Ability to operate day-to-day social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Work with account manager to create monthly content calendar
- Consistently capture onsite content at venues and events for digital marketing needs
- Collect and interpret data to make informed decisions on behalf of clients
- 20-25 hour commitment, 1 semester minimum (includes internship credit) with opportunity for full time employment
